WOMEN Intermediate - Swimming lessons for intermediate (8 pm)
Dear women,
Finally... Swimming courses are up and running. Ulli's Schwimmschule has agreed to give swimming courses at a very reduced price to members of IFM.
Here is the deal:
8 Intermediate swimming lessons. (one per week, starting on as indicated in the table below) . These are lessons for people who have done the beginners lesson with IFM or who can swim (whichever way) about 25 m without drowning (but not more than that). No lessons on 1st and 8th June due to school holidays.
_Only women
_Lessons will be in English.
_Professional swimming teacher (female)
_All materials and teaching materials are provided (For hygienic reasons, swimming trunks and Bikini have to be bought by each person separately... They can be bought for less than 3 Euros. Goggles are not necessary and will not be provided).
_ Entrance to swimming pool included
_Location: Heßstrasse 22
IMPORTANT: The teacher is female and only female course participants are allowed. Please note that it cannot be guaranteed that a man will not come in by mistake (and leave immediatly again) but it is an highly unlikely event.
The mixed gender courses are happening on Wednesdays.

Unfortunately, the swimming courses will have to be cancelled. Swimming pools indoors have not been opened yet, contrary to what we were expecting (especially since seeing that gyms have opened now as well).
As we cannot see any chance of these being re-opened in the near future, we are cancelling the courses completely. The money will be re-paid to you using the same method of payment you have used for reserving the courses.
Please note that the swimming school and me are currently working on a concept where we can have swimming courses on Saturdays or Sundays at a lake nearby.

As you have heard, the corona virus crisis is still affecting the world. For that reason, all the swimming pools are still closed and there is literally nothing we can do. For that reason, the courses are moved to the 15th of June, when we hope the swimming pools will be open again.
This year will anyway not be possible to travel so learning how to swim during the summer is unbeatable from an enjoyment point of view. If everything goes alright, we will have a lot of events at the lakes
