This group training is for beginner and intermediate levels. The training consists of low impact exercises using a combination of bodyweight, TRX suspension, and resistance bands. The focus is on Functional Movement and Stabilization Endurance to help strengthen and stabilize your core, tone your body and burn calories.
Small groups of up to around 6 people for more individual attention. Exercises are modified for your ability. No pressure, come and have a good workout! Last about 50 min. Cost: €12 (first session is free)
