Hello, come join us for Small Group Fitness Circuit Training on Sundays at 12pm at the park near Rosenheimer Platz S-Bahn (if it rains, we can train where there is an outdoor roof).
This group training consists of exercises using a combination of bodyweight, TRX suspension, and resistance bands. The focus is on Functional Movement Training and Stabilization Endurance Training to help build core strength, tone your body and burn calories. Small groups of up to 6 people for more individual attention.
