This is the continuation of our weekly weekend run!
Like last time, please be aware of the following :
- be on time (since running in the dark is not fun)
- bring a water bottle/water container with you (otherwise you'll end up pretty thirsty!)
- bring clothes that fit the current weather (even a tracksuit is okay, as long as you stay warm, and don't forget to wear a warm cap!)
- leave your worries at home! (everyone was a beginner at some point, so you don't have to worry - everybody is welcome!)
If you're coming to the event for the first time - Look out for the guy in bandana and a running vest - that's the leader of the group, he'll be first there to welcome you!
